We have 16 presses from 110 tons to 1,100 tons. Our diverse press range reinforces our role as solution provider to our customer base. We specialize in running low, medium and high volumes on a daily basis with multiple materials. We also provide insert molding and over molding.
Assembly & Secondary Operations
Assembly and secondary operations are a critical function of Jimdi Plastics and help to provide solutions for our customers needs. We have automated and manual assembly cells and sonic weld many components for multiple industries in low, medium and high volumes. We also offer silk screening, pad printing and laser etching services. We take pride in creating efficiencies for our customers through our secondary operations and are happy to look at any needs that you may have.
Tooling
Jimdi Plastics will manage your tool from engineering, to tryout and ensure proper quality standards of your build. For more custom builds, we have longstanding relationships with both domestic and offshore tooling shops as well as sources for aluminum tools and prototyping.

Jimdi Plastics specializes in the injection molding process. Our experienced engineers work directly with your team and can help source the perfect material needed for your part. We provide complete support for secondary operations for the duration of the part, from the quote to obsolescence.
